At Nativa Homes LTD, our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as
possible. To help us keep things smooth for everyone, we’ve put together a few simple
guidelines.

Booking Your Stay

  • Your reservation is confirmed once payment is received.
  • Prices shown include [state taxes/fees if applicable].

Arrivals & Departures

  • Check-in: from 3:00 PM
  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

Need a little extra time? Just let us know—we’ll do our best to help with early check-in or
late check-out (subject to availability and a small fee).

Cancellations

  • If the booking is less than 5 days long, you can cancel 5 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
  • If the booking is between 5 and 14 days long, you can cancel 7 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
  • If the booking is 14 days or more, you can cancel 14 days before check-in to receive a full refund.
  • If you cancel within 24 hours of making the booking, you will receive a full refund.
  • With all cancellations, a small refund processing fee may be charged.
  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

During Your Stay

  • Please treat the space as you would your own home.
  • Keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, out of respect for our neighbors.
  • The property has a maximum of 8 guests—thanks for sticking to it.
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property.

Damages & Breakages

Accidents happen! If something gets damaged, please let us know right away so we can
fix it quickly. Significant damage or missing items may result in a charge.

Housekeeping & Comfort

  • Fresh [linens/towels] are provided at the start of your stay.
  • For longer stays, we’re happy to arrange a refresh—just ask.
  • Please report any maintenance issues so we can make things right for you.

Safety First

  • Please keep fire exits clear and use appliances responsibly.
  • Illegal activities are not permitted (for everyone’s safety).
  • Follow local rules and regulations during your stay.

Accessibility & Special Requests

We want everyone to feel at home. If you have any accessibility needs or special requests,
let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Privacy

Your information is safe with us. We only use it to manage your booking in line with our
Privacy Policy.

A Friendly Note

We reserve the right to ask guests to leave without refund if house rules are broken or
behavior is disruptive—but we’re confident your stay will be nothing but positive!
